Business Automation Review
This a very insightful presentation. It emphasizes the fact that business process automation is as good as it design or layout and how the business owners or users understand the process. The easier the process flow the better it can be understood by its uses and clients and so is the design of its automation needs to enhance efficiency.
My Business Processes
I love the tools that were included at the class. I have written out my business processes before now , mapped and aligned them using MURAL and implementing them in bits . As a start up, being the main brain/ core expert is very hard , we cant afford to onboard a business developer , business strategist or business resilience officer at the moment.
