Course Description

This course teaches business owners how their business processes relate to their operations, customers and the delivery of value. Entrepreneurs will learn to analyze organizational performance from an operational standpoint, implementing value focused techniques in their business. If you are looking at business transformation for your company, this course is for you.

Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of the course, entrepreneurs will be able to:

  1. Understand how to implement change management strategy to better align your company to its business strategy and vision
  2. Implement the right (and affordable) technology solution to improve your business processes
  3. Ensure your business is delivering value to the customer and operating efficiently by having the right metrics and mechanisms in place

    I really like this course, especially the case study. From the angle it come from a business owner can clearly say if it goal is to make his idea become a big company or a startup that's ok with the curent market/selling stage. My second point is the process part, the most difficult think is to connect the team with the goal and mission but that is the most important to set process in daily activities. I would like to learn more about the best team engagement methods. Thanks for this wonderful courses. .
