BAYI Foundation provides a unique opportunity for experienced professionals to join small medium size enterprises (SME) in Africa as a business consultant.

The Management Fellowship Program has been created to connect experts from various sectors with African SMEs enrolled in our Business Support Program (a three stage program designed to support SMEs on growing their business by providing training, mentorship and financing).

Fellow core responsibility:

1. Provide industry and business advisory services to assigned SME.

2. Mentor and work with assigned BAYI junior fellows (interns).

3. Analyse the SMEs current business model and develop strategy and roadmap for growth.

4. Develop the SMEs business growth plan rooted in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) goals and the business priorities.
